Worship with Us Online or In-Person
Sunday Hybrid Service Starts at 9:30am
Worshipping as a Family and Community
As Episcopalians, we believe in the “Way of Love” as a lifestyle.
A commitment to Jesus to: Turn, Learn, Pray, Worship, Bless, Go, Rest.
Our worship services appeal to people from diverse backgrounds. For those who have grown up Roman Catholic, the service (known as the Mass, Eucharist, or Holy Communion) will be very familiar. Those from Protestant backgrounds, to include Baptist and Pentecostal, will find elements of those faith traditions here as well.
The great thing about a Black church is that our concept of family has always been expansive. We come in all shades and from most continents, so, no matter your ethnicity, you’ll find a home here.
What binds us together is the love of God, a willingness to listen and learn from each other, and a commitment to approaching the work of dismantling unjust institutions within the framework of a spiritual and moral foundation.
What you’ll get from us is acceptance and an opportunity to connect with people who appreciate your humanity. You’ll also experience the culture, traditions, practices, iconography, and theology that define “The Black Church”. Basically all of the things that have kept us going as a people for 400 years.
But while we are committed to upholding those traditions and practices that affirm us, we also wholeheartedly celebrate others.
So come. Join us. See for yourself.
