We welcome Rev Talley to St. Luke’s!

Rev Talley was ordained as a Deacon in the Rocky Mountain Annual Conference of the United Methodist
Church in 1968 by Bishop R. Marvin Stuart, and ordained as an Elder in the New England Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in 1971 by Bishop James K. Mathews.

He worships at the Cleveland Park United Church of Christ, where he leads the Bible Discussion
Group and serves as a Racial Justice Audit team member. Dit is married to Susan Talley, a member of St. Luke’s and an important local historian of artist Alma Thomas.
