Crummell-Cooper Congregational Leadership Initiative

The initiative aims to enhance the ability of Black Episcopal Churches and Black Episcopalians to continually expand their capacity to create the future by not merely trying to survive, but seeking to adapt and enhance their capacity to relate. The holistic and integrated nature of the initiative will support a “fundamental shift of mind” in our community requiring a willingness to embrace innovative approaches that value openness, commonality of purpose, and shared visions.

Co-partnerships
The Washington Chapter UBE is actively involved in partnership relationships to achieve its goals. Some partnerships include – The Cathedral Racial Justice Advisory Committee; Friends of the Walker School; and the Diocesan Race and Social Justice Task Force.
